  • What Shipping options are there?
    You can choose from several shipping options: Delivery by registered mail is free with purchases over 99 NIS. Delivery prices with purchases up to 99 NIS The cost of delivery is 17 NIS. Delivery will arrive between 5-7 business days from the date of delivery Delivery by courier to your home with addition cost of 35 NIS, to major cities and localities in the country, and free for purchases over 499 NIS on our website. The delivery will arrive on the day of delivery or the next day by courier to the house Self-pickup from the studio un Tel- Aviv. Registered mail delivery, around the world at the cost of 55 NIS Express fast delivery, around the world at the cost of 120 NIS Shipment from ISRAEL takes up to 7 days within Europe And up to 10 days overseas. although it will usually take less. However delays may occur and in some cases your package can take up to 14 days to arrive.
  • When should I expect to receive the shipment? 
    Takes between 3-5 receiving the order days until shipping. Shipping by registered mail within Israel takes up to a week, usually less, until it reaches the post office. For home delivery with a courier, it usually takes up to two days for the delivery to arrive at your home. Overseas delivery by registered mail takes up to 7 business days to Europe and up to 10 business days to North America
  • Do you send overseas?
    Yes! We definitely ship to all countries around the world. You can choose between two shipping options: registered mail delivery, and express shipping service.
  • ? If I want delivery by a certain date
    Contact me before ordering to make sure this is possible, you may want to invest in express shipping to avoid delays.
  • What should I do if my order hasn't been delivered yet?

  • Is there a place where the clothes can be measured? Are there any stores?
    We are a fashion brand that works in a slightly different format of an online store. We do not have physical stores. We make most of the clothes in the studio according to size, after ordering on the website. Yes, you can come to our studio in Tel Aviv by appointment only for those who are interested.
  • How do I Place an order?
    Put the desire products in the shopping cart, once you done, go to the shopping cart page by clicking on the shopping bag. On the shopping cart page, click on the desired payment option, pay by credit card or Paypal acount. fill in your details, shipping address, choose the desire shipping form and enter your payment details
  • What payment options are there?
    You can pay on the website in several payment options: Pay by credit card (available for MasterCard, Isracard and Visa cards) Payment via PayPal payment via BIT app
  • I received a discount cupon code, how can I use it?
    On the shopping cart page, before choosing the payment option, enter the coupon code In the designated place on the page (see picture). After entering the code the price is updated automatically and you can go to payment check out.

  • How do I know my purchase has been made?

  • How do I know what size I am?

  • Is it possible to order other sizes that isn't exists in stock?
    You can contact the designer by writing a question in the contact form in CONTACT or by phone, if there is a fabric in the stock, it is likely to be approved.
  • How I choose products to purchase?
    Enter the product page, mark the desire size if there are sizes, and press the "ADD TO CART" buttom.
  • Will an item be back in stock?
    We can not know in advance, it depends on existing fabrics in stock
